This project was introduced in one of my graphic design courses, where I was challenged to create a fairytale scene entirely from scratch. I chose to develop a composition inspired by the classic narrative of a knight rescuing a princess from a castle guarded by a dragon, using the concept to explore visual storytelling and atmosphere. As one of my early experiences with Adobe Photoshop, the project played an important role in developing both my technical skills and creative approach. A key aspect of the assignment involved experimenting with AI auto-generation tools to help construct the composition, reinforcing the importance of using AI thoughtfully, and as a tool to enhance the design process rather than a substitute for creativity.
